Comparative Strength Test
Tested Toughness

At Cast-Rite, we perform a number of extra tests, as well as take other measures to ensure the quality of our parts. One of those quality tests is a comparative strength test.

Our comparative strength test helps us determine the amount of force required to destroy the part. We have equipment that puts both pressure on a test part, and measures that pressure so that we can determine the exact amount of force used when the part breaks. The data gathered from this test is then used to assess whether or not the produced batch will meet our customer’s quality requirements before it’s delivered.

We perform comparative strength analyses on parts that are manufactured for industries where mechanical strength is a necessity. No matter what the part may be, we ensure that it’s rugged enough to endure the natural wear and tear that happens during operation.
